Terms of Service

The rules for using the RapWorks beta: who can upload photos, what the output is, and what you may do with it.

Who can use RapWorks

RapWorks is an 18+ product. You must be at least 18 years old to upload a photo or generate a video. Do not upload photos of minors, even with a parent's permission — the product is not built to manage generated likenesses of children, and we treat that as a hard rule rather than a preference.

Every face you upload must be an adult who has agreed to appear in a generated video. If someone else is in the photo, you need their permission before you upload. You are responsible for that permission, and you must be able to demonstrate it if we ask.

What RapWorks does

RapWorks turns two reference photos plus a short cue (names and occasion) into a short AI-generated rap video. A reference-to-video model from the Seedance 2.0 family generates the performance and the audio together; RapWorks surrounds it with stage presets, quota handling and a download page.

The output is a stylised, synthetic performance. It is not a recording of the people in the photos, it is not a guarantee of likeness, and it should never be presented as real footage. Results vary with photo quality, and a render that looks off is not a defect of the product.

The free public beta

The beta is free. Each IP address gets two renders, HD counts as two, and no account, email or card is required. There is no checkout on the site, no top-ups and no subscription. Nothing in the beta can charge you.

We may change, limit or end the beta at any time, including the number of renders available per IP. Failed renders do not consume a free render. Finished videos are available to download from the result page; the beta is not a permanent video library, so download your MP4 promptly.

Photos, consent and likeness

By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have the rights to use it, and that the person in it has consented to an AI-generated video built from their face. You also confirm that you will not use the output to impersonate, threaten, humiliate or defame any person.

  • No photos of minors, ever.
  • No photos of public figures, celebrities or artists used to imply an endorsement.
  • No intimate, sexual, violent or degrading use of someone's likeness.
  • No use of a photo you do not have permission to use, including screenshots from social media.
  • No generated content designed to harass, bully or deceive a specific person.

AI-generated content and disclosure

Every video RapWorks produces is synthetic. When you publish it, say that it is AI-generated — in the caption, the post text or on-screen. Do not present the output as real footage of a person saying or doing something, and do not use it to mislead viewers about an event, a statement or an endorsement.

RapWorks is not affiliated with any artist, label, or television show. The stage styles are AI-generated looks, not recreations of any music video. Do not use real artists' names, logos, catalogue artwork or music videos to imply otherwise.

Your output and licence

You may download and use the videos you generate, including for commercial promotion, provided you have the rights to every photo, name and business detail you uploaded. Do not resell the output as stock footage, do not claim it was filmed, and do not pass it off as a performance by someone who was not involved.

RapWorks keeps the rights to the product, the stages, the site and the pipeline. The beta grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your generated videos; it does not grant you the right to resell access to the tool or to build a competing service with its output.

Acceptable use

The product is for creative, consensual, non-deceptive videos. We may remove access if an upload or output breaks these rules, and we may report serious abuse to the relevant platform or authority.

  • No impersonation of real people, brands or public bodies.
  • No harassment, threats, hate or targeted humiliation of a real person.
  • No sexual content, nudity or content involving minors.
  • No attempts to bypass the free-render limit or to attack the service.
  • No reselling, scraping or redistributing the tool itself.

Availability, warranties and liability

The beta is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that a render will resemble the uploaded people exactly, that a video will be generated on the first attempt, or that the service will be available at any particular time.

Because the beta is free, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us — which is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and contact

We will update this page before paid plans launch and whenever the beta rules change; the date at the top is the version you should rely on. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Questions about these terms, or a takedown request for a video or photo, go to hello@rapworks.store. Include the relevant URL and a short description, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Common questions

Short answers about this policy and how it applies during the beta.

Does RapWorks own the videos I generate?

No. You keep the rights to the videos you generate during the beta and may use them for personal or business promotion, provided you have permission for every photo and name you uploaded. RapWorks keeps the product and the pipeline; the output is yours to download and post.

Can I make a video of a celebrity or a real artist?

No. These terms prohibit using real artists' names, likenesses, logos or music videos to imply an endorsement, a collaboration or a recreation. The stages are AI-generated styles, not recreations of any music video, and RapWorks is not affiliated with any artist, label or television show.

Is the beta really free?

Yes. Two renders per IP, no account and no card. There is no checkout on the site, so there is nothing to buy and nothing that can charge you. Paid plans are planned as one price per video and will be announced on the pricing page before they go live.

What happens if someone asks me to take a video down?

If a video uses someone's likeness without permission, remove it when asked and email us so we can remove the render too. Uploading a photo you do not have permission to use is a breach of these terms, and the person in the video has the right to ask for removal.
