How much is a video?

Your first video is free. After that a single video is $6.99, a three-video Duo pass is $14.99 ($5.00 a video) and a ten-video Crew pass is $39.99 ($4.00 a video). There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Can I buy right now?

Checkout is not open yet. Until it is, the free video is the only thing you can use, and the early-access list gets first access to the launch price. Nothing on this site can charge you today.

Do the passes expire?

No. A pass is a number of videos, not credits with an expiry date. Buy three, use one now and two next month — the remaining videos are still there. Paid videos render at 720p; the free video renders at 480p.

What happens if a render fails?

A failed render never counts against your pass, and in the beta it does not use your free video either. Retry the same render without losing anything. If a paid render fails repeatedly, support restores the pass manually.

Why is there no credit system?

Credit packs hide the real price of a video behind conversion math. We price the thing being sold: a video. One video, one price; a pass is just a bulk discount on the same unit, with no expiry and no tiers to decode.

Who processes the payment and the tax?

A merchant of record will handle checkout and sales tax or VAT at the point of sale, so the price you see includes the tax that applies to your country. The payment provider is announced on this page when checkout opens.
